Roughly two miles away from the Property, Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital is a full-service 181-bed facility and Level II Trauma Center providing emergency care, advanced imaging, rehabilitation, and specialty services including cardiovascular, orthopedics, and women’s health. The hospital is undergoing a $230 million renovation and expansion that will add a 216,000-square-foot, six-story patient tower with approximately 160 beds, increasing total capacity to 341 beds to accommodate the growing demand in Williamson County.
